Below is our understanding of the GPSR requirements necessary if you are selling your book in the EU.
You'll need to include the GPSR information in all three of these locations.
Here is a template for the information to be put on the copyright page. Fill in your unique information for Manufacturer (Publisher) and Authorized EU Rep, then copy and paste it onto your copyright page.
Manufacturer (Publisher): Your company name, mailing address, and email address
Authorized EU Rep: Your authorized EU representative’s company name, mailing address, and email address
Risk assessment: This book is considered safe. When used as intended, it does not pose any health or safety risk to the consumer. None of the materials used in the manufacture of this book pose any significant health or safety risk to the consumer.

As the publisher, you must appoint an authorized EU representative who will act on their behalf in matters of compliance and communication with the regulatory authorities. The first one on our list, EUCompliancePartner.com, advertises prices starting at $300 annually.
But whoever you talk to, since books are considered “low risk”, be sure to let them know that you’re just selling books. They should have significantly less work involved and, therefore, be able to offer a low cost.
