Our standard coil colors are black or white, but we have a variety of other colors available for special order.
Spiral coil binding is a reliable, flexible book binding option. Since it allows books to lay flat when open, it’s an excellent choice for workbooks, reference books and cookbooks. 48 Hour Books uses durable plastic coil available in a wide range of colors to match your book.

Spiral bound books have a soft cover, available in 10-point and 12-point thickness. All spiral bound books can be printed with custom book covers, using enhancements like our Diamond 3D foil, texture or clear, spot gloss options. Leatherette covers are also available in several colors and can be customized with Diamond 3D Foil.
Our spiral binding is made from durable plastic coil that is auto punched. Plastic coil binding offers advantages over wire coil binding, as it won’t easily bend, and it comes in lots of coil color options to match your cover artwork.
Spiral binding allows us to add tabs or divider pages of heavier stock, which you can’t do with other types of book binding. Tabs and dividers are good options for workbooks or cookbooks, allowing you to easily designate sections for quick reference.
